METAL FRAMING & DRYWALL

Construction
Solutions

For more than 25 years, All Wall Contracting has provided framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling solutions for commercial construction projects throughout our service areas.

Our dedicated crews are experienced in both traditional installations and highly specialized applications, from small tenant improvements and remodels to large, complex new construction projects. Whether we're working on a manufacturing facility, office, school, hospital, hotel, or multi-family development, our team is equipped to take on the challenges of the project.

One of our greatest advantages is our ability to self-perform multiple interconnected scopes. By combining framing, drywall, and ACT—and, when appropriate, coordinating additional scopes such as painting, wallcovering, and EIFS/stucco—All Wall can provide a General Contractor with one subcontractor, one point of accountability, and fewer handoffs.

Metal Stud Framing

Our framing capabilities extend well beyond basic wall framing. We primarily work with metal stud systems and perform both interior and exterior framing, including load-bearing applications.

Our framing crews can provide:

  • Interior and exterior metal stud framing

  • Non-load-bearing and load-bearing framing

  • Shaftwall systems

  • Soffits, bulkheads, fur-outs, and specialty framing

  • Curved and radius framing

  • Slotted track and deflection systems

  • Deflection clips

  • Resilient channel (RC channel)

  • Head-of-wall systems

  • Backing and blocking

  • Door and window framing

  • Framing around MEP penetrations

  • Project layout and trade coordination

While 30-mil studs are commonly used for non-load-bearing walls, our crews are experienced in installing heavier-gauge framing when required for load-bearing and other specialized applications.

We are also comfortable taking on challenging architectural details. Our experience includes intricate curved-radius soffit ceilings and other specialty framing applications where precision and coordination are critical.

Drywall & Wall Systems

Our drywall crews handle both interior and exterior wall systems, from installation through finishing. This includes exterior sheathing, standard gypsum board, specialty boards, and complete drywall finishing.

Our crews install a wide range of products and assemblies, including:

  • Standard gypsum board

  • Moisture-resistant (MR) board

  • Tile backer

  • Shaftliner

  • Exterior sheathing

  • Lead-lined board

  • Bullet-resistant board

  • Fire-rated assemblies

  • Sound-rated assemblies

  • Specialty drywall products

  • FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic)

  • High-impact wall systems

  • Plywood backing and sheathing

Our finishing capabilities include fire taping, Level 4 and Level 5 finishes, texture, sanding, and other project-specific finishing requirements. We also perform drywall repairs and work in occupied facilities where careful coordination and protection of the existing environment are essential.

By providing both interior drywall and exterior sheathing, our crews can support the project from the exterior wall assembly through the finished interior wall system. This creates another opportunity for better coordination and fewer handoffs for the General Contractor.

Our drywall work can be performed entirely by our own crews or, when project demands require it, through our network of pre-approved subcontractors that we have vetted and worked with over the years.

Acoustical Ceiling Tile

Our ACT division provides both standard and specialty acoustical ceiling systems for commercial environments.

We install systems from leading manufacturers such as Armstrong and USG, with capabilities that include:

  • Suspended acoustical ceiling systems

  • Seismic ceiling systems

  • Specialty ceiling systems

  • Multiple tile sizes, patterns, and configurations

  • Clouds and baffles

  • Specialty acoustical products

  • Suspension grid

  • Perimeter details

  • Removal and replacement

  • Ceiling repairs

Our ACT crews regularly work in environments ranging from offices and schools to hospitals, hotels, and other commercial facilities. We coordinate closely with other trades to ensure ceiling systems integrate properly with lighting, HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and other building systems.

Built for the Complicated Parts

Not every project is straightforward—and that's where experience matters.

Our crews are accustomed to working through challenging architectural details, specialty products, complex coordination requirements, and unique installation conditions.

For example, our work at the Spokane Tribe Casino included intricate curved-radius soffits that presented significant challenges for both our framing and drywall crews. The finished result demonstrated what our teams can accomplish when a project demands precision and creativity.

At the Kivalina K-12 Replacement School, we installed Rulon wall panels and 3form plastic fabrications, while our work at the Grand Coulee Fire Station included extensive wood ceiling installations.

These projects represent an important part of our capabilities: while we are highly experienced in traditional framing, drywall, and ceiling installations, we're also capable of learning, coordinating, and executing unique products and specialty applications.

One Subcontractor. Multiple Scopes.
Fewer Headaches.

For a General Contractor, coordinating multiple interconnected trades can create scheduling challenges, communication gaps, and additional points of accountability.

All Wall can reduce that complexity.

With dedicated crews and more than 25 years of experience across framing, drywall, ACT, painting, wallcovering, and EIFS/stucco, we can manage multiple scopes under one subcontractor relationship.

That means:

One point of accountability.
Better coordination between scopes.
Fewer handoffs between trades.
More control over scheduling.
Less coordination for the General Contractor.

We can schedule our own crews across multiple scopes and coordinate the work as a unified team, helping keep projects moving and giving our customers one less thing to manage.

Quality & Safety at Every Stage

Quality and safety aren't separate from the work we perform—they are part of how we perform it.

Our crew leaders and superintendents conduct regular quality checks throughout the construction process to help ensure the work meets project requirements and our own standards.

Safety is equally important. As one of All Wall Contracting's Core Values, safety is incorporated into every division and every project. Our teams understand that producing a quality finished product starts with performing the work safely and responsibly.
