Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) provide building owners and designers with a versatile exterior wall solution that combines insulation, weather protection, and a finished exterior surface. At All Wall Contracting, we install both barrier and drainage EIFS systems for commercial and residential projects, as well as provide repair and restoration services for existing EIFS walls.
We install EIFS systems from STO and Parex, including systems incorporating continuous insulation. Our crews work with a variety of substrates, including DensGlass, plywood, OSB, and ZIP System sheathing.
From Substrate to Finished Wall
Proper EIFS installation requires more than applying materials to the exterior of a building. Our crews are involved in the details that make up the complete wall system, from initial preparation through the finished surface.
Safety is also built into our installation process. When project conditions require elevated access, All Wall provides and utilizes properly installed, safe scaffolding systems to give our crews stable access to their work areas while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite. This is particularly important on larger and multi-story projects where access, material handling, and crew movement require careful planning.
Before installation begins, we make sure the substrate is properly prepared and that required rough-ins—such as light boxes, water fixtures, and other penetrations—are installed and ready to be incorporated into the system.
We are also fully involved in the detailing of windows, doors, penetrations, transitions, and flashing conditions. These details are an important part of producing a properly installed EIFS system and a finished wall that performs as intended.
New Installation, Repair & Restoration
Our EIFS capabilities extend from new construction to repair and restoration of existing walls.
When an existing EIFS wall requires repair, we remove damaged or compromised material until we reach a solid, suitable working substrate. From there, we rebuild the affected area using new materials and work to match the existing wall system and finish as closely as possible.
Finish Options Without Limiting Design
EIFS provides extensive flexibility when it comes to the finished appearance of a building. We can provide colors available through STO as well as colors selected from Sherwin-Williams fan decks. We can also color-match existing finishes when a repair or restoration project requires a seamless appearance.

Our crews have experience working on both smaller projects and large, complex commercial buildings. Projects such as the One Lakeside 15-story building, Kootenai Justice Building, McEuen Terrace, and Dave & Buster's have required significant planning, coordination, manpower, and attention to detail.

Beautiful Stucco Finishes
Stucco combines durability with architectural character, and the quality of the finished product comes down to the details. At All Wall Contracting, our stucco crews take pride in producing clean, consistent finishes on commercial, multifamily, and residential projects.
We install both traditional three-coat stucco systems and STO PowerWall systems, working with products from STO and Parex. We also perform new installations, repairs, restoration, and specialty finishes.
Preparation, Access & Craftsmanship
Before stucco application begins, our crews pay close attention to the condition and alignment of the substrate. We work to ensure the substrate is as plumb and true as possible because inconsistencies underneath the system can show through in the finished wall.
Safe and efficient access is another important part of our installation process. When elevated access is required, All Wall provides and utilizes properly installed scaffolding so our crews can safely reach their work areas while maintaining the stability and access needed to produce a quality finish.
From substrate preparation to the final finish, we take the time to establish the right working conditions before application begins. That attention to preparation and safety helps our crews produce the even, consistent surfaces our customers expect.
We commonly work over DensGlass, OSB, plywood, and ZIP System substrates and can incorporate architectural details and specialty finishes into the project.
