ABOUT US
OUR CORE VALUES
All Wall Contracting exists to lead the industry by providing quality products and services essential to the success of our clients’ and customers’ commercial construction projects. The purposes for which this Company was formed are to promote the general and economic welfare of its employees and founders, and to help build the future of our society and the Construction Industry through:
Quality Service: From the beginning, All Wall has understood that we aren’t just building buildings; we’re building our communities and, as such, are invested in providing the very best to those we serve.
Safety: Construction is a dangerous business, and we take great care, through our training and safety programs, to make sure our field team members go home to their families safely at the end of each day.
Integrity: We do what we say we’re going to do, and we do it right, because anything less would be a disservice to our clients, community, and ourselves.
Teamwork: As a company that offers commercial construction services in nine specialized trades, All Wall Contracting strives to set the standard for teamwork between all trades and our clients.
Communication: From our preconstruction services, to our effective ability to bring an architect’s vision to life, communication is the cornerstone of our success.
Ownership: As an employee-owned company, each team member at All Wall Contracting is personally invested in not only the company’s success, but also in the success of our clients and community.
Innovation: All Wall Contracting has always understood that in order to be the best, we must be ready to embrace technology, and that training is an ongoing pursuit.
Respect: By showing respect to one another, our clients, and our community, All Wall Contracting has learned that we are so much more than one person, one company, or one trade; we are the community, and ultimately the client ourselves. This perspective is humbling and motivates us all to continue to lead the way and always be our best.
OUR
HISTORY
Founded in 1996 by Roy Glisson and Terry Jones, All Wall Contracting began as a small paint company built on hard work, quality craftsmanship, and strong relationships. What started with a vision to provide dependable painting services has grown into a respected contractor serving clients throughout Eastern Washington, North Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Alaska.
Over the years, Roy and Terry expanded the company’s capabilities to provide a wide range of specialty construction services, including metal stud framing, drywall, painting, wallcovering, acoustical ceilings, EIFS and stucco, roof coatings, and many more. Through steady growth and a commitment to quality, All Wall Contracting earned a reputation for delivering dependable service while maintaining the values of a family-oriented business.
Built on the principles of integrity, accountability, and excellence, the company continued to grow while investing in both its employees and the communities it serves.
In October 2022, Roy and Terry took a major step toward securing the future of the company by transitioning All Wall Contracting into an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving employees 100% ownership of the company and preserving the culture they worked so hard to create.
At the end of 2024, Roy and Terry officially retired, leaving behind a strong foundation and a team committed to carrying their vision forward. Today, the company is led by President Jeff Orwick and Vice President Josh Menosky, who continue building on the legacy and values established by the founders nearly three decades ago.
All Wall Contracting remains committed to delivering quality workmanship, building lasting partnerships, and investing in the employee-owners who drive the company’s continued success.
