For General Contractors & Potential Clients

How can I request a bid?

1

Please send bid requests to info@allwallinc.com. Our team will enter the project into our estimating system, evaluate whether it is a good fit for our capabilities and current workload, and assign it to one of our estimators.

What information do you need to provide a bid?

2

The more information you can provide, the better. Plans and specifications are always helpful, along with any additional information about the project and the specific scope of work you are looking for.

Depending on the project, we may also need to schedule a site visit to help us provide the most accurate pricing possible.

What types of projects does All Wall Contracting bid?

3

We bid a wide variety of projects, ranging from small commercial tenant improvements to large ground-up facilities and multi-family projects.

While our primary focus is commercial construction, we occasionally bid single-family residential projects depending on the scope and scale of the work.

How far in advance should I contact you about a project?

4

The earlier, the better. We maintain a busy bid schedule, and having additional time allows our estimating team to thoroughly review the project and provide the most accurate quote possible.

The amount of time needed can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Larger and more complicated projects generally require additional time to estimate.

For Subcontractors & Vendors

How can I become a subcontractor for All Wall Contracting?

1

If you are interested in becoming a subcontractor, please contact info@allwallinc.com.

Our General Superintendent will discuss the opportunity and our requirements with you. If there is a potential fit, we will provide a subcontractor packet requesting the documentation necessary to become one of our pre-approved subcontractors.

How do I get added to your bid list?

2

Rather than maintaining a traditional bid list, we work with a select group of pre-approved subcontractors.

Subcontractors must complete our approval process and provide all required documentation, including applicable licenses and insurance. Once approved, subcontractors may be contacted when we have work that fits their capabilities.

What are your subcontractor requirements?

3

Our pre-approved subcontractors are required to provide documentation such as:

  • W-9

  • Applicable contractor and/or city licenses

  • General liability insurance meeting our required limits and endorsements
